Stretching and FlexibilityStretching has proved to be very useful in the matter of enhancing the overall range of body motion.

Stretching:

    • Betters your sense of balance
    • Helps you relax physically and mentally
    • Improves mind and body coordination
    • Minimizes the possibility of injury, muscle cramps, strains and tearing

Flexibility promotes relaxation. However, the secret to relaxation is proper breathing. Effective control over breathing (using the chest as a resonator) helps the actor to convey emotion successfully.
